What are the benefits for segments IV and V?
This extension has been created to include groups that had not been considered in the initial phases of the programme, thus allowing greater inclusion and fairness in access to these subsidies.
Segment IV: Digital Kit for companies with between 50 and less than 100 employees -> 25.000 €.
This includes medium-sized companies within this range of workers, and in addition, companies with less than 50 workers considered as medium-sized companies when exceeding an annual turnover and annual balance sheet total of 10 million euros.
Segment V: Digital Kit for companies with between 100 and 249 employees -> 29.000 €.
The number of employees in all segments will be calculated taking into account the number of employees in the General Social Security Scheme and in the Special Scheme for Self-Employed Workers.

Customer management (Up to 14.000 €)

- Customer and Leads Management: It will allow you to store and consult your customers' data from the moment they register, and to simulate the purchase or contracting of products and services. You will also be able to register new Leads manually or by means of a file.
- Management of opportunities: You will be able to manage the sending to the potential client or Lead of offers and budgets, categorising them by status: in analysis, offer presented, in negotiation, won, cancelled, etc.
- Reporting, planning and commercial follow-up: You will carry out follow-up through KPIs and monthly reports.
- Alerts: You will be able to visualise alerts in graphic format of different types such as icons, pop-up messages, etc.
- Document management: You will be able to centralise documentation, allowing you to link documents related to your commercial activity, as well as those provided by your own clients.
- Responsive design: You will be able to manage it from any type of device.
- Integration with different platforms: It will allow you to integrate all the information and data of your entire company, through API or Web Services.

- Inventory: You will schedule your forecast, track your stock levels, shipments, distributions, returns and cancellations, etc.
- Purchases and payments: You will manage purchase orders and suppliers.
- Human resources: You will be able to manage human resources, payroll, etc. effectively.
- Logistics: You will be able to manage fleets and routes, among other operations. In addition, you will be able to integrate your solution with other tools. Everything will be upgradable and scalable.

Social media management (Up to 5.000 €)
Our goal is to help you monitor and position your social networks.
Features and services
We will manage your social networks, keeping them always active.
- Social Media Plan: You will boost your social networks, allowing you to build customer loyalty.
- Monitoring of social networks: You will periodically control the impact on your social networks, validating whether you are meeting the objectives of your strategy.
- Network optimisation/Social Media Audit: This will allow you to analyse the different social channels and carry out frequent audits.
- Management of social networks: As Segment IV and V, we, as digitalising agents, will manage the profile/user of at least 2 of your social networks.
- Publication of monthly posts: You will have a minimum of 12 monthly publications.
- Implementation of an active listening strategy: Exclusively for Segment IV and V, we will help you keep an eye on your social networks.
- Creation of monthly audiovisual content: Finally, as an exclusivity for segment IV and V, we will be responsible for the publication of at least 2 monthly publications of audiovisual content.
Advanced internet presence (Up to 5.000 €)
With keyword analysis and competitor analysis, you will be able to position yourself on the internet, increase traffic and increase your reach to potential customers.

- Basic internet positioning: We help you to position the basic information of your business and/or project, contact and profile in the main business networks or directory of companies and professionals.
- Keyword analysis: We help you manage, search and analyse keywords to develop strategies for search engines to classify your content as a relevant result of the query.
- Competitor Analysis: We include a monthly analysis to inform you of your situation against competitors.
- SEO On-Page: At least two pages of SEO On-Page will allow you to optimise the structure and internal content to improve the natural position of your SME in search engines, as well as the indexing and ranking of your content.
- Off-Page SEO: This service will allow you to carry out actions outside the website environment to improve your organic positioning.
- Creation of structured page metadata: Exclusively for this segment IV and V, we will provide you with the creation of structured metadata for your page.
- Monthly monitoring reports: You will receive a monthly report on the results of the actions carried out to generate awareness of the evolution and repercussion of the same on the internet presence of your business and/or project.
E-commerce (Up to 5.000 €)
Our goal will be to create your online shop of products and/or services, developed in an integrable and scalable way.

- Creation of the online shop or E-Commerce and product catalogue: We will help you to create a catalogue in your online shop, so you will be able to upload at least 100 references of your products.
- Payment methods: We as a digitalising agent will help you to set up and integrate the payment methods in your online shop.
- Responsive design: It will be available for all devices (mobile, web).
- Accessibility: The design of your online shop will meet the compliance criteria of the established standards.
- Basic internet positioning: You will achieve that the contact and profile of your project or business is positioned in the main pages of companies and professionals.
- Optimisation of your presence in search engines (SEO): We will carry out an analysis of keywords, competition, SEO On-Page, of up to two pages or sections so that you have a good positioning.
- Self-manageable: You will have a platform that will allow you to manage your web content without help.
- Creation of a feed or index of products: This feed or index of products will be created for insertion in search engines (exclusive for Segment IV and V).
