2. What data we process

Data you provide through the contact and assessment booking forms (name, email, company, industry, optional phone and the content of your message), messages you send to the chat assistant, your email if you subscribe to the newsletter, and technical browsing data (IP address, pages visited) only if you accept analytics cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your requests for information, quotes or assessments and managing the pre-contractual relationship — basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (art. 6.1.a).
• Sending the newsletter when you subscribe — basis: consent, revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link.
• Assisting you through the AI chat assistant — basis: consent and legitimate interest in providing the requested service.
• Analysing site usage to improve it — basis: consent (analytics cookies).

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors under art. 28 GDPR guarantees:

• Vercel Inc. (hosting and site functions).
• Twilio SendGrid (contact and newsletter emails).
• Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, only with your consent; IP-anonymised).
• AI model and automation providers used by the chat assistant, under agreements prohibiting the use of your data for training.
• Online scheduling tool (Cal.com or Calendly) if you book a meeting.

5. International transfers

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA). In those cases the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Retention period

• Contact requests: for as long as your enquiry is being handled and, at most, 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Chat conversations: 12 months.
• Analytics data: 14 months (retention configured in Google Analytics).

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@ideasmasideas.com, stating the right you exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. If you believe your rights have not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: TLS encryption across the site, restricted data access, hosting with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certified providers and data minimisation.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
